I see nothing in this image proving who that is, what that is, or where that is… pretty important elements to ascertain before jumping to the conclusion that Russia is on the verge of invading Ukraine…
What is the source of the image… Ukraine or the CIA… I'd find neither of them in the least compelling. How can we prove it isnt simply digital chicanery…?
