Well again the problem is all those pesky SC ruling denying military tribunals are legal for US citizens. Even this historical piece talks about only foreign agents. Nothing in here about treason by US citizens. So unless habeus corpus is suspended and the US courts become inoperable any talk of military tribunals for US citizens is moot.
