if you are thinking about a Que tam - he probably won't get anything….little clause in the law that states (paraphrasing) if it was your job to oversight, fix, reveal, etc….and you didn't do your job….you can't report it and benefit from not doing your job….an auditor tried to report que tam and court ruled against - it was auditor's job to report it …. same can be said for a CFO….its their job to make sure all is legal….financially….of course they might make an exception in this case because of the Arkanside history….
