There are people who will be arrested and who will dispute the way it’s handled. They will insist their case be tried in a civil court. WH will insist on military tribunal. That’s what gets it sent to the Supreme Court.
That’s why, among many other issues POTUS and Q are pursuing, time was needed for him to make sure the DOJ was cleaned out and proper judges put in place. That’s largely finished now. But Q has stated there is no point in arresting people when you know the judges will just let them go free. Duh. We see it continually on the local level, eh?
