I was talking to someone about the various habbenings and mentioned pic related when it suddenly occurred to me that some of us agreed that it must have been a picture in those envelopes that some received at HW's funeral. What if it was pic related? How would you react if you saw something that showed someone you thought you had killed wasn't dead, someone you would recognize immediately because you had great familiarity? It would also explain why Hill's reaction was not so visceral, if she is actually fake, she wouldn't necessarily have the same familiarity and might not even recognize who it is. And notice who received them, it suggests only the perps involved in that particular crime were gifted with those images.

I can see that slow and steady ensnares as many people in as many crimes as possible, but this would be the ultimate end movement.
