Wrong. That's the clock that has the problem with using seconds instead of minutes.
Bottom line, you have to figure this clock stuff out for yourself if you want to use it. And then don't try to convince anyone else.
Sounds slightly less evil than just the headline alone. Sounds like they were stimulating the reward center in the brain to train a dog to move in a particular direction (or set of directions comprising a pattern). Controlling more complex behavior in this manner would be a real challenge.
