I think the "pattern" Q is mentioning is that all these false flaggers were known to government (i.e. on watchlist, reported to law enforcement, etc.) prior to carrying out their attacks. They are known criminals with mental health issues. A little conditioning and supplies and they are ready to go out and attack. We never found too much on their "therapists."
