Immediate thoughts when I read the article…..(they) pick and choose someone on a "watchlist" after pulling off the FF so as to maintain optics upon the necessity of the "authority" of agency. The man identified most likely is nothing more than a link in their chain, expendable, and obviously has information in regards to the covert ops DS pulls via the agency involved in the "manhunt"
