Ok, fellow anons. Maybe I'm overthinking things, but I'm trying to rack my brains over how to you get a passive citizenry like the one in America to go from "Meh." to "WE WANT JUSTICE NOW!" We're going to need one hell of shock to the ole system.
Then I saw another anon post that one year ago today, Q talked about a government shut down. So I thought, what else did Q talk about today. My thinking is Q has talked about mirrors before, what if certain things he wrote a year ago were meant for happening now?
Well, imagine my shock when I saw that this was posted one year ago today.

First thought: wait! could we be in for another suicide bombing attempt by the DS to keep Huber testimony out of the news?
Second thought: hey, didn't Q also mention the Sum of All Fears being one of the DS plans?
Third thought: What if the big medical slap to the American psyche is Q almost allowing a Sum of All Fears event to occur!?
We know Q and the gang can thwart DS bomb attempts with the Bangladeshi fireworks display. And from what I gather searching for "Sum of All Fear" in Q posts, there was no indication that Q and the gang completely stopped this plan. (If I'm wrong I apologize, Q.)
So what if:
-Q and the gang are monitoring some radical jihadi group that has the Uranium 1 uranium
-They replace certain key materials, ala Bangladeshi fireworks dude, so the bomb is a dud. No real harm to the public.
-Derka derka jihadi picks a highly public Christmas time event to go off, screams "Allahu ackbar!" but doesn't go off.
-Suddenly, panic among the American people. Jihadi dude is subdued and handed over to authorities. Bomb squad comes in to do their gig.
-Then, while news cameras are rolling a block or two away announcing the near catastrophe, suddenly government officials in head to toe nuclear protection suits show up demanding they leave immediately the area is not safe.
-Video goes viral. American people start talking "WTF is going on?"
-24 hrs later DHS (or other LE agency) gives press conference, "Near nuclear attack averted. Would've been 9/11 times whatever the line from Team America is." Reveal they found evidence connecting to larger plot around whole country. American people go "OH SHIT!"
-Soon after POTUS declares state of emergency. Bad guys get rounded up in a swift, violent, and decisive action just like Sun Tzu says to do.
-Soon after that, the key players in this plot are revealed.
-Merry Fucking Christmas everyone! Deck the halls with traitors' bodies! Falalalalalalala!
