See, this is why fraternal orders and secret societies exist in the first place. Why do you think Trump refused to recite the creed? It worships the King of Babylon.

People, as a general rule of thumb, prefer things to be simple and direct. "This is good. That is bad." White and black. If you are not a white hat, you must be a black hat. If you are a black hat, you must be a satan worshipping, child eating pedophile.

Certainly, there are sick people inside of secret orders. But secret orders are going to exist in a free society. Do you have meetings with your friends? Is a public transcript of your discussions made for review? Where does a circle of friends become a club? Where does a club become a fraternal order? Where does a fraternal order become a secret society? How does one go about claiming that the free right of assembly is an affront to a free society?

I do not like secret societies or fraternal orders of favoritism. That said - should we go in and raid every lodge, club, and order without probable cause?

Think logically and question everything.

The one I spoke in stay of was a victim of the people you accuse me of being. You best temper your blade a bit, anon. Whatever rage you think you feel, it is extremely real and personal for me. If you were to strike out at someone who doesn't deserve it, ignorant or not, I would not suffer the depravity of a fool.

It would be rather tragic if, having vanquished the perpetrators of evil, the victims of its programming, deceit, and abuse would then commit to destroying each other in service to the beast's last order to scorch the earth for him.

It sucked the fun out of forums. I always loved getting into debates with people and learning new things. Now it's all just talking points and the same two or three published studies or articles.

There was always something about the old internet where you would get into an argument, be presented a sound point you hadn't encountered before, and had to do a bit of research to further develop your understanding of the issue - or, sometimes, even realize you weren't as right as you were.

I learned a lot that way as a kid. Got my ass handed to me more than a few times and realized that my position before just wasn't right.
