I'm leaning toward tossing them on the same shit-heap with all the others black hats that were arrested, faced tribunals and given their "marching orders" to protect their families by playing nicely until they get life in GITMO instead of a noose.

I'm guessing that civilians and military alike must have a law degree and/or hold an officer's position (of some higher rank) to sit on a military tribunal, correct?
