>Yet another completely unconstitutional federal police force. Abolish it.

Totally agree. This ATF was not Constitutional. In fact it did not exist at all, because it was not constitutional. Not until the prohibition.

How did they make it "Constitutional"?

By passing the Constitutional amendment allowing them to police the prohibition on alcohol. ATF was created under that amendment change to the Constitution back then.

ONLY with that amendment did the feds have any police power.

The amendment was abolished.

Repeat. The amendment was abolished.

The totality of all police power went back to the states.

But, just like the Patriot act with the sunset clause, and the voluntary Federal War tax done with a sunset clause for WWII, ………….somehow, they forget to "set the sun"

……..somehow the tax becomes permanent AND NOT voluntary.

SOMEHOW generations later, the people think that the IRS is part of the government, and always was.

Somehow because of a bunch of globalist funded false flags, the Patriot act becomes permanent. It had a two year sunset clause. They keep re-voting for it.

The ATF is no more constructional now, than it was before the amendment was passed to prohibit alcohol.

SO.

The feds have ZERO police powers under the Constitution once that amendment was destroyed.

ZERO.

Count the enumerated police powers.

ZERO. For good reason.

Could we POSSIBLY have at least SOME real history and civics in high school so our kids know WHEN the the government leaders are full of shit when they grow up?

IRS is unconstitutional

Federal Reserve is an enumerated power, therefore, banking outside of the treasury is unconstitutional. Does not matter what law Congress writes if that law goes against the Constitution. If this was not the case, the Feds would write a law abolishing states, and get away with it.

This is why the FBI is the Federal bureau of INVESTIGATION, and not the Federal Bureau of police.

NO police powers allowed to the feds under the Constitution.

None. zip. NADA.

And the ATF was abolished when the amendment that created it was abolished, at the end of prohibition.
