Democrats Can’t Find $5 Billion for Border Wall But Gifted Iranian Regime with $5.7 Billion and Pallet of Cash

President Trump met with Democratic leaders Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer Tuesday in the White House.

During the explosive press conference President Trump repeatedly interrupted the Democrat leaders as they attempted to downplay the seriousness of the open border and as they downplayed the much-needed border wall.

The Democrat leaders promised not to fund $5 billion for the much needed border wall with Mexico.

Pelosi and Schumer said it was “a waste of money.”

These are the same Democrats who under Barack Obama gifted the Iranian regime with $5.7 billion and a pallet of cash.

Obama sent the Khamenei regime a pallet of unmarked bills in the dead of night in exchange for US prisoners.

Three Clinton Foundation Whistleblowers To Testify About Tax Fraud, Pay-For-Play

Following allegations of sloppy accounting, potential tax fraud and pay-to-play, the Clinton Foundation will be under a Congressional microscope this week after three whistleblowers have come forward and agreed to testify - one of whom secretly submitted 6,000 pages of documents to the IRS and FBI in August of 2017, and all three of whom have submitted various documents to Congressional investigators.

Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC), Chairman of the House Freedom Caucus, told Fox News's Martha MacCallum on Monday night that there are three whistleblowers who have spent the past two years investigating the Clinton Foundation, and have "explosive" allegations which they will share during Thursday testimony on Capitol Hill.

MACCALLUM: OK. With regard to the investigation, which doesn’t get a lot of attention, into the Clinton foundation, the DOJ designated John Huber to look into this. They have 6,000 pages of evidence that they’ve gone through. The foundation raised $2.5 billion, and they’re looking into potential improprieties.

What’s next on this investigation?

MEADOWS: Well, I think for the American people, they want to bring some closure, not just a few sound bites, here or there, so we’re going to be having a hearing this week, not only covering over some of those 6,000 pages that you’re talking about, but hearing directly from three whistleblowers that have actually spent the majority of the last two years investigating this.

Some of the allegations they make are quite explosive, Martha. And as – we just look at the contributions. Now everybody’s focused on the contributions for the Clinton Foundation and what has happened just in the last year. But if you look at it, it had a very strong rise, the minute she was selected as secretary of state. It dipped down when she was no longer there.

And then rose again, when she decided to run for president. So there’s all kinds of allegations of pay-to-play and that kind of thing.

As we noted in late November, the Clinton Foundation has seen donations plummet approximately 90% over a three-year period between 2014 and 2017.

While Hillary Clinton was Obama's Secretary of State, however, the State Department authorized $151 billion in Pentagon-brokered deals to 16 countries that donated to the Clinton Foundation - a 145% increase in completed sales to those nations over the same time frame during the Bush administration, according to IBTimes.

Meanwhile, John Solomon of The Hill reported on Tuesday that one whistleblower who submitted 6,000 pages of evidence through a firm composed of former federal law enforcement investigators, MDA Analytics LLC., has provided evidence of potential tax crimes as well as a "culture of noncompliance."

That submission made with the IRS, and eventually provided to the Justice Department in Washington and to the FBI in Little Rock, Arkansas, alleges there is "probable cause" to believe the Clinton Foundation broke federal tax law and possibly owes millions of dollars in tax penalties. That submission and its supporting evidence will be one focus of a GOP-led congressional hearing Thursday in the House.

The foundation strongly denies any wrongdoing. But it acknowledges its own internal legal reviews in 2008 and 2011 cited employee concerns ranging from quid pro quo promises to donors, to improper commingling of personal and charity business. -The Hill

In some instances the Clinton Foundation appears to have misled the IRS, or lied when filling out forms. In one instance the Foundation even retracted a bid to conduct fundraising in Utah after they refused to correct a filing error which state officials would not allow.

When contacted for comments, the Clinton Foundation admitted their errors, but told Solomon they were akin to "minor traffic violations."

Retired Army General Arrested, Indicted on Child Rape, Incest Charges

Retired Army Maj. Gen. James Grazioplene is in a Virginia jail after being indicted on incest and rape charges involving a child – allegations dating to the 1980s that the Army dismissed earlier this year because of military statute of limitations laws.

Grazioplene, who retired in 2005, was arrested Dec. 7 and had not been released from the Prince William County jail as of Tuesday morning, Christina Shaw, the deputy Prince William County Circuit Court clerk, told Military.com.

The retired two-star faces three counts of incest and three counts of rape, according to his attorney, Thomas Pavlinic, a Maryland lawyer who will be sharing Grazioplene's defense with Virginia attorney John Irving.

Grazioplene had an initial court appearance Monday and is scheduled to appear again on Dec. 20, Shaw said.

Pavlinic declined to comment on the details of the case but said Grazioplene's Dec. 20 hearing will review his client's bail options.

The Washington Post first reported on this story.

In 2017, the Army charged Grazioplene with violating Article 120 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice with six specifications of rape of a minor on multiple occasions between 1983 and 1989.

The service dismissed the case in March after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces ruled there should be a five-year statute of limitations on rape charges, the Post reported.

Virginia has no statute of limitations on rape charges.

The Army could still punish Grazioplene with a demotion in his retirement and a formal written reprimand, the Post reported.

Army officials said they could not comment on a case pending legal action.

Grazioplene lives in Gainesville, Virginia. He graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York, in 1971 and became an armor officer, serving 34 years in the Army.

Huawei’s CFO Meng Wenzhou Granted Bail, Needs to Be Under 24/7 Surveillance

VANCOUVER, Canada—Huawei’s CFO Meng Wanzhou has been granted bail after her three-day bail hearing concluded on Dec. 11 in a Vancouver court.

In his decision, the judge said that Meng is a “well-educated businesswoman with no criminal records.” He said he is satisfied that Meng has only two valid passports, and that she will surrender all her other ones.

After the judge’s decision, with tears in her eyes, Meng hugged her lawyer and also turned around to smile at her husband sitting in the front row of the audience.

Some of Meng’s bail conditions include:

A C$7 million ($5 million) cash deposit from Meng.

There must be five or more sureties, including security firm Lions Gate Risk Management Group (LG) CEO Scot Filer—who Meng would fund to provide surveillance and security to ensure Meng doesn’t flee. Flier also needs to pledge C$1000 ($747) as part of the bail. The deposit of these five or more sureties combined should amount to C$3 million ($2.2 million).

Meng will have to wear a GPS bracelet, be monitored by 24/7 by LG, report to a bail supervisor weekly, and pay all costs associated with her monitoring program.

Meng will be allowed to travel within a specified boundary in Vancouver, but excluding areas around the Vancouver airport.

Meng must reside at her West 28th Avenue home in Vancouver, with a curfew between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.

The judge said that U.S. authorities have until Jan. 8, 2019 to file a formal extradition request or else Meng will be released. He also said Meng must return to court on Feb. 6, 2019.

Sureties

The hearing couldn’t conclude on Dec. 10 over questions on whether Meng’s husband Liu Xiaozong could be her surety.

A surety is someone who supervises an accused person while they are out on bail. They also pledge bail money. Through Meng’s lawyer, Liu, who is in Canada on a visitor visa, has said he is willing to remain in Canada with Meng, as well as pledge both his houses and a cash deposit. However, the judge said on Dec. 10 that he still has questions about whether a non-resident of the province can be a surety for bail.
