The law that says civilians can be tried in military tribunals if the civilian courts are not functioning……

What if all the corrupt judges are Soooo corrupt, that they are also suddenly prosecuted, and the courts are at a stand still bottleneck for quite a while?

Well when you have this many state, federal and international corporate criminals literally running drugs and guns for "muh profits" , and murdering our children to sell snuff films on the black market, because the country has been bled so badly of it's industry and jobs that it is time to make profit elsewhere…..
