So GA was cleaned out by Q at 109, and a new thread was created shortly thereafter starting with post 110. As soon as anons realized it was deleted, they went and found it, and quickly discovered it was opened to anon commenting. After 337 replies (ending in #450), Q appears to have been down the GA board again and the 110 thread made invisible from the catalog (but not deleted).

When I try to comment on the 110 thread, I get "does not exist) even though it does still exist. BO can you tell me if threads can be made invisible to the catalog? Is this an expected response if a thread has been made invisible in the catalog (but clearly still works via URL)

Did Q open up the board briefly to anons, knowing clowns would post there so he could perform a limited capture of their IP or other info?

Thank you for responding.

What about the fact that 110 is not showing up in the catalog? Does BO have that option to make threads invisible without deleting them?

>When 110 was deleted

110 is not deleted from where I'm sitting, it's only missing from index and catalog.

When I put this URL into a non-cached window or even a separate browser, I get the 110 thread still, hence my thinking it has only been marked invisible to the catalog.
