Sounds plausible, but the share and dollar amounts are all over the map. It's not like he was conspicuously trying to stay below a certain number. And they all were filed at the same time on two different days, so it's not like he was trying to spread them out over many different dates. But for some reason they had to be different transactions (different accounts?)
