The b/w was posted by Come[Y] in a twat when he was recording his book. It was an overlaid layer of the recording studio. In it, looks like Come[Y] is preparing to speak with the devil himself.

An elephant is said to represent the big movers and shakers, as in when an elephant enters the pool and water spills out, when the elephant exists, the pool is left more empty.
