Maybe he's gifting shares as he is receiving them, which would not show up as a sale.
I thought so too at first but the numbers still would not match, post sale unless he is gifting them - thus no recorded sale before reset to lower number owned. It might be something else or a glitch. Seeing an 80k + differential is strange though.
I did notice an obscene growth rate in their assets (IT) on their last 10Q over 3rd qtr 2017 - roughly 30%. Very strange for a mature company.
