My mistake. Outliers in 2013 were before GOOG. Here is a corrected (but still equally crappy) version showing just GOOG transactions.
Gotta be something like that. Stock as part of pay package. Sells it off. Transactions are regular in timing and in magnitude. Would also explain why you never see any "buys" in the database… (but not how he jumps from 500-odd shares to owning 80,000+…. and then back down to 500-odd again…. something still missing).
