IMPEACHMENT is the process but which the HOUSE brings up the changes.
This only requires a simple house majority which the Dims will have.
The only problem is that a CRIME must be committed.
Then an actual TRIAL is held and the SENATE votes on whether the defendant is guilty.
Here is where a 2/3 senate vote is need …to CONVICT.
Bill Clinton was IMPEACHED for Perjury and obstruction of Justice by the House but was ACQUITTED by the Senate and that was it.
