Ernst & Young aka E&Y (cabal) is Google's "independent auditor." This is gonna be some Arthur Andersen/Enron type fuckery but on a colossal scale. GOOG fuckery will put Enron and Worldcom to shame.
Agree with assertion that these aren't all indictments. Not so sure that there's civil suits in those lists of sealed cases since those who compiled it said that they exclusively searched for criminal (based on experience, shit that has only been heard by a magistrate will be classified as misc, however). So I suppose a civil action could wind up in one of the categories searched. That being said, I believe the majority are warrant applications, requests jndrf the Stored Communications Act (like what was released a few weeks ago by DCD), and so on. It wouldn't be difficult to tie up a lot of these bad actors into a few hundred RICO indictments. Certainly much easier to prosecute joined defendants than…not joined. I suppose we'll see.
