Looking at Pichai Sundar in particular, the sales are all part of a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan which allows insiders to set up a trading plan to sell a predetermined number of shares at a predetermined time. The trading pattern suggest the same plan has been in place for at least two years. Nothing unusual.
