Google chinese faux fire?

Fire appears to be confined to roof.

Fire doesn't appear to involve floors below roof.

Fire is producing copious amounts of black acrid smoke which is indicative of a fuel rich environment.

A 55 gallon drum with an accelerant and old tires (or parts thereof) will produce large volumes of black smoke such as seen in the video of China Google building.
