What is wrong with this guy's eyes?

I have some thoughts on the SC decision to not take up the PP cases. I think it is the correct path. The MSM is painting this as a win for the liberals. It is not and here is why.

If the plan is to place power to make these kinds of laws and decisions back into the hands of the States (vs. Feds) then this is the correct tack to take. If Roe v. Wade is eventually struck down as unconstitutional it will be on the basis of Federal overreach and encroachment on State's rights. This decision may very well be setting up that battle.
