Came in yesterday after a difficult, incommunicado day. Saw about POTUS meeting the 2 traitors in the WH and said it was terrible optics. I was wrong. After watching it and thinking, will say that POTUS & Team owned those 2 scumbags like a boss, as usual. The optics were terrible all right, but for them. Owned on TV, again shown to have nothing in their hearts that is good for America. Posturing sleazebags pandering to their semi literate base. Cornered traitors hoping to avoid the noose. So much win.

Researching military planes post-occurrence is quite difficult unless planefags have the tail number or some identifying info.
From personal experience I can think of one cause for a boom. One time I saw fighter jets practicing high overhead. Then BOOM! a puff of smoke and I witnessed a drone deploy and fly off on its own path. Explosive bolts to launch the drone IMO. It was very f'n impressive.
Not saying that's what you observed, just one possibly cause of a boom.

Quickly (to avoid getting 1000 aircraft painted on your display), click the menu, select filters, enable filters, add MIL (military) filter.
That should exclude all civilian aircraft and make it easier to see anything military.
It will remember your filter setting for next time.
