Hey Anon's question regarding if congress is recessed and congressional indictments.

It has been tossed around here on the board that members of Congress can not be served subpoenas, indicted or arrested while congress is in session.

Is there any other reason behind 45 shutting down the government fall the wall other than maybe making recess appointments????
