Threw "dragonfly" into the DoS FOIA reading room and the first document comes back with …..drum roll please…. Dragonfly, Google, Ernst and Young, Jack Dorsey and Facebook. There is no original date for this document, but the first page mentions the organizer, Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Apparently this was one of (b)Hussein(o) big ideas and the event the document refers to was hosted in Dubai. It looks like the entire world wide cabal was assembled - including China and a representative from the Dragonfly Group.
