I suspect that B is Bannon and b is someone else whose name begins with B who is smaller than Steve Bannon.

I think s is Stephen Miller who is a small guy. I suspect there is also an S on there as well.

Q stands for someone in MI whose name we may not know for many years because of his role in National Security. Or maybe it is JFK jr. in which case we will find out within a couple of years.
