Government shutdown equals PAID VACATION for thousands of government workers while private citizen joe 6 pack pays for it.
How is this a good thing? No matter what reasoning you come up with it still means thousands of paid vactions while YOU still work and pay for it.
Not to mention they are getting a fat pension with medical care while that benefit has been stripped from 95% of private industry.
AND they retire at 50, 55, or 60 while YOU KEEP WORKING til at least 65 or 70.
