The "Reptilian" meme isn't real. It refers to how they're sociopaths. They're reptilian in that they feel no affiliation or compassion for a fellow of the same species, one of the hallmarks of mammals.
That's why the "Reptilian shapeshifter" meme is so brilliant - it's 100% true, but not how you think. They make it seem like they're live-time shapeshifting reptile aliens, but what it really means is that they're sociopaths that leverage tribal dynamics and selective pairing to disguise their offspring and maintain power while attacking themselves. Pretty freaking brilliant.
