Hmmmm…. Could we see some of Trump Admin ver 1.0 reappear as a judge for Military Tribunals?

Additionally, the EO that takes effect 1 Jan 2019, amends the Courts-Martial manual to allow the creation of a new special court-martial forum comprised of a sole military judge.
Also per the same article, the SC has power to reject the use of tribunals in lieu of the court system. SC is stacked in POTUS's favor, but to create fairness again, could Kavanaugh be trying to draw Dem support by going against conservative views in recent rulings? I bet he stays on “their team” to create legitimacy and appearance of fairness to the psycho libs until he is needed to drop the hammer on the DS by ruling in favor of tribunals.
Part of the plan is public acceptance. Q said that. By channeling the lefts hatred of Trump, the Q team strategically created fondness and legitimacy for those that Trump fired. They are now considered, "not loyal to Trump" and therefore perceived "fair" to be a tribunal judge. I bet Trump kicks and screams (like now at Mueller) during the whole tribunal process.
It was all part of The Plan.
