Opportunity Zone in Hawaii
Anons I have been looking into Opportunity Zones in my home state since the EO signing today. Oahu-HIanon here. Took a look at all the islands and was shocked by what I saw particularly on Kauai. The area on the map is the richest area on the island and also includes HUGE open/conservation land and a big area of the Na Pali State Park. Lot of Billionaires/Mega Millionaires in this area. There was major floods and road closures in April and the Fed emergency money is not being used properly. Anons should look in their states to see what is going on there. (CA) But this is really a red flag. The little yellow to the very right is a place Pierre Omidyar was trying to build a richy sub-division or resort. Oahu had nothing strange and will look at Maui and Hawaii. Looks like a Hawaii state scam.
