yesterday in Ravalli Cty/MT there was an outage of ALL Cell towers AND landline comms… except for mine…they were up..but couldn't get out. they SAY it was a fibre cut.. 1) know anything about this 2) test? 3) should a backup comms plan be in place? Thanks
