I'm not good at digging but I've done a little teeth analogy for you…

The boy's distinguishable fangs from the Heba pic, I can't really tell if it's the kid from the advert, you don't really see the potential pointed part of that tooth. I included the best angled pick I could get of the tooth to discern, and for a few quick frames, it does appear to be a long fang like the other kids.

The girl, on the Heba pic, very distinguishable lining to the teeth–she'll always have small ones. And, indeed, the girl in the advert has the same small lining teeth, though I think she's going through that age where they fall out because they look odd in the advert.

Skin-tone-wise, the boy looks more Indian toned in the advert than the asian-ish toned kid with Heba. Could be something that can change slightly with age for dark-skinned people? The girl, I'd say relatively the same tone, given the different environments in the pics.

If what you were thinking was right and they are in fact Heba's kids, I'd say the easiest explanation for that is we've known Huma's been flipped for a long time.

Having her relatives kids involved in a Trump program is definitely a certain "Fuck you"/troll on the cabal/Clinton's.
