Car smashed at level crossing on 17th Feb. Plume of smoke reported.
Two occupants. Teenager and his grandfather. No names so far.
Seems odd they would get hit by a train on a level crossing.
Ok, so the 6 year old brother of the boy in the crash at the level crossing had just died.
Here is something interesting.
Gates at the crossing were undamaged.
Speculation the grandfather went around the gates.
There is NO WAY to drive around them that I can see.
Were these gates DELIBERATELY lifted to cause the accident?
Turns out the 6 year old brother did NOT die as reported but was supposed to be in the car.
