Around here, if you effectively name a tactic accurately, it does. But the point of my post wasn't use of this term, but the content of the argument itself, which you sidestepped entirely. First with this attempt at ad hominem, to imply that I called people names for purposes of bolstering an argument because the argument itself was spurious. I think you might be projecting a little there.

This is a strawman we've called out many times. But whatever the reason for it, how does "muh diversity of opinion" on the JQ imply Q has an opinion one way or the other on it? You claimed he left /pol because of it, and doesn't like it being discussed here, where he came for a "cleaner" experience (kek!). You still haven't given evidence to support that claim.

Agreed, but I never said he endorsed the meme, I said he was down with our culture, including the edgy bits, which includes the JQ. Q's replying to so inflammatory a meme WITHOUT using the expected "ermagerd that's so racist/anti-semitic/hateful/supremacist/blahblahblah" indicates Q's NOT being freaked out by it. He just swam right past it to the relevant facts, like we do here. (((You))) are the one claiming Q has a specific position on the JQ, that it is an aspect of our culture that he is so AGAINST he is willing to switch boards to "clean" it up, and must therefore want us to stop engaging in it here. You still haven't presented any facts or explanations that support that claim.
