You can avoid surveillance by NSA but yes, it'll put you on their radar immediately. They'll investigate. If you're not a bad guy, they'll probably just kek and keep track of you to make sure they don't miss anything.
The thing about NSA level surveillance that is scary is if the bad guys have unfettered access to it. Then they'll use it to take out all of their competitors. And that's why it is a good idea to know how to avoid being surveilled by the NSA.
