That's the narrative this place tries to establish, yeah. I'm not an IC newbie though. The idea of two American intelligence agencies sending operatives into one another to disrupt each other's operations is so insane that it defies description. The reality is, both agencies are well-oiled components of the same system, and both of them do very bad stuff.

The Q community has perpetrated multiple lies about both Edward Snowden and Julian Assange. I consider both men to be absolute heroes, but this place seems to want to cast doubt upon them very much. Wikileaks is not compromised. Edward Snowden is not a traitor. These are my core beliefs. When I see Q saying things counter to these beliefs, it is not Q that wins.
There aren't many causes I'd give my life toward. I'd take a bullet for Ed Snow. I am not exaggerating in the slightest.
I wouldn't serve in the military, because I don't believe it pursues noble goals. I wouldn't work for an intel agency either. For what Ed did, I would give my life.
Assange is still in the Ecuadorkian embassy. It's a situation I monitor closely. Did you know there was a whole subsection of the CIA's "discredit Wikileaks" psyop, devoted to making people question where exactly Assange was located? On Reddit, they hang out in /r/whereisassange. Any time you were told that Assange was in US custody, that was part of the psyop. Anything to make Assange/Wikileaks look unreliable.
