I was digging on "Black Eye", mentioned in one of Q's answers from the q&a session, and came across this article from November 13 of this year, that references DARPA and an exercise on Plum Island to test recovery capabilities in a "Black Start scenario".

Hmmm. That would make sense if the "Black Eye" is someone extremely high up and therefore privy to such information. But we have non-cabal enemies as well, some of whom might try to take down our grid for reasons of their own. I really hope there is some sort of "black eye" device or system out there to detect attacks on our grid and stop the cascade before it becomes catastrophic.

Or perhaps both explanations are correct. Q frequently reminds us of multiple meanings.
There are so many things that are hinted at that we can't know with certainty, and often don't really need to know to do the work we have been tasked with. When you add in Q's frequent reminders that disinformation is necessary, I'm at the point where unless it's something that the anons have confirmed/proved by digging in publicly available sources and putting the pieces together I feel I need to reserve the right to be skeptical abut all crumbs. That's just the reality of the situation we are in.
