Im still convinced that they will keep a track of their lineage past present and going into the future - which means we need to keep a track of it too. Always be vigilant when it comes to these folks i reckon.

AUSSIE PM RUBBISHES IDEA OF LOOKING INTO GOVERNMENT CORRUPTION AS A PRIORITY AND THEN BACKFLIPS AND MOVES TO SET UP NEW AGENCY TO LOOK INTO IT

I want to make it clear that this guy from the outset has made an effort to sweep any kind of government or related fuckery under the carpet or at best to distance gov from any of it. This guy is a party first and people a distant second because he knows how corfupt member are in his own party. He may be all about the economy but he well knows something is coming to Oz and all we can do is wait and see what he does when the time comes. Im not hopeful at all and he will likely go into damage control mode instead of manning the fuck up and taking the criminal elite in gov head on. Anyways heres the article:

https://www.news.com.au/finance/work/leaders/risk-that-led-to-morrisons-agency-backflip/news-story/2867d03ecbf4987cb22f40c74f7907ef

Scott Morrison risked being branded soft on corruption and so today moved fast to counter this by creating his own agency of Untouchables.

The Prime Minister announced plans for a national integrity commission despite belittling the idea just over a fortnight ago.

And that risk is why something Mr Morrison recently called a fringe issue today was loudly trumpeted and shoved centre stage.

In late November, he told parliament: “While the Leader of the Opposition is off on some sort of fringe issue (an integrity commission) what we’re focused on is the strength of our economy because that’s what delivers the services."

Now Scott Morrison wants to look like Elliott Ness and his G-Men before Labor tells voters he can’t be bothered chasing down the misdeeds the public suspects are rampant and far from marginal in nature. And he wants us to know this has been some 12 months in the making.

Mr Morrison today said the Commonwealth Integrity Commission was a project the government embarked on in January.

However, the end result appears to be an amalgam of models produced at the last minute.

In late November, Attorney-General Christian Porter downplayed the prospect of a giant anti-corruption body being created.

“Well I would say that this is not the absolute first and foremost priority legislative issue before the parliament or the government at the moment,” Mr Porter said.

And he indicated he favoured the existing 13 agencies that monitor parliamentary and public service behaviour be left to their jobs, rather than subsumed into one giant anti-corruption body.

final product is an overarching body helping those 13 agencies.

“The new CIC will be the lead body in Australia’s successful multi-agency anti-corruption framework,” Mr Morrison said today.

“Our government is committed to ensuring that Australians remain confident their representatives and Commonwealth employees are acting in their best interests.”

And that last comment goes to the core of why a CIC or similar body was needed.

It’s not that rorters are looting the public purse undetected, the central issue is the scepticism some voters have. Many simply don’t trust all sectors of politics and public administration.

Any denial of a need for a corruption sherif would be seen as a politician being complicit in the dodgy practices — even though no such practices have been identified.

“This is a serious new Commission with teeth, resources and proper processes that will protect the integrity of Australia’s Commonwealth public administration, while avoiding the pitfalls, weaknesses and abuses of systems introduced by state jurisdictions and being proposed in alternative models,” said Mr Morrison.

He now has to be careful those teeth don’t end up biting his own side.

Narh that was the deputy PM barnaby Joyce. That was all a clown show and was just another distraction to throw into the news cycle.

I think morrison was just the best out of the worst to lead considering Turnbull was comped and with FISA coming down the track.

Yeah barnaby spoke out alot about foreign ownership of our assets and land, hes a country boy too so he seen it all.

When he got outed for his personal business, i thought exactly the same thing too and this was when Turnbull was under the pump and even banarby was speaking out too, so i think Turnbull may have played a part in removing him from his position.

Another one who might…and i say might - be considered is Clive Palmer. He really loves a big tax cut for all esp the middle class and removing entitlements for gov officals.
