This whole argument is so easily cleared up by Paul’s words that “not all Israel is Israel. Abraham’s children are reckoned through faith.” The God Israel followed in the OT IS Christ, but the builders rejected the cornerstone. Israel does not worship the God of the Bible. They rejected Him. Christians are the True Israel. I don’t care what non-Christian anons think about this issue, because I’m not addressing you here. This is the way to clear up the status of National (earthly) Israel versus SPIRITUAL (eternal) Israel with your Christian friends. Israel is no more important at the moment than any other pagan country. They can be dealt with politically same as everyone else.
