I don't think for one second that Q would be leaving and not posting again.
Q is a leader and a leader doesn't just disappear on his team. Comms / posts were terse towards the end and I believe the posts were either communication between Q and another Q team member, or with other parties, possibly Eric Snowden. It felt like a negotiation was happening.
It's also possible that he, or one of the QTeam, deleted the thread by mistake, something that's very easily done.
He'll be back soon, I'm 100% sure.
