The strategy would for those who believe in Q and POTUS.
It would for Dem's.
It would for those who want to see action but are skeptical of Q.
It works no matter what is really going on.
As long as the movement is peaceful, vocal, strong, but non-violent then there is no possible problem with it.
If Q wants it delayed, he could ask for it to be, if he wants it stopped all together he could ask it to be, though that would look a bit odd unless he had a solid reason.
This strategy can unite the country, those on the right and left that voted for Trump because he was not HRC and wanted to oppose the Status Quo. And those who just hate him and won't pass up an opportunity to criticism him!
It unites everyone against POTUS, until he acts, which we are confident he will!
When he does then act it puts the responsibility for the actions largely on the Public's shoulders so no blame.
Trump and co can still later explain how they were doing this the whole time so they still get plenty of credit.
