Any more analysis on the Trump Tower video?

Anyone able to read the message on the baker's arm? It looks like a tattoo but it's definitely a sharpie. When she rolls the dough and turns her arm to the camera you can see the smear around her elbow. I don't have good video/photo software to sharpen the images.

Also, anyone else think Santa has the likeness of Sessions?

So you think it's a tattoo? It looks like it was written on by a sharpie marker. The design by her elbow looks smeared. I can read the top sentence as saying "be true to your own…" but can't read the rest. Didn't know if it was a Q Easter egg or not.
