Q obviously isn't a "fake" because he does have some kind of special access to information.
But what Q is doing is not what most of us assumed was going on.
Much of what he wrote has been cryptic and meaningless, and quite a lot has been outright lies.
This doesn't make Q a black hat but it definitely means a lot of anons have been wasting a lot of time.
Elections definitely are not safe.
We should have learned that lesson from Alabama and from this past November.
Best thing to come of all this is the new board, which is (or, has been) better than /pol/
We have often had a great group here.
I think Q's hope porn has had a negative effect though, in terms of demoralization, and many great people have left as a result.
No I'm staying but you should keep looking for that photo of the phone screen at the SOTU and also there are some more stockings with "Q" on them hidden on the Internet.
