Okay, bear with me here. I am phone fagging but need to get this out there. Child related. There is a bill out there called Family First Prevention Serviced Act (FFPSA). It has passed, based on data by huge non-profit Annie E. Casey. And states are working to implement the requirements right now.

It basically wants to ensure that all kids taken from their family by the state are better off with foster families than in residential, congregate or campus based care.

Annie E. Casey has ties to Save the Children, highlighted in the incredibly detailed research by Neon.

Must read for context.

Regardless of what you think about him, these connections to private foundations and 501c3 groups is impressive and worrisome.

Advocating for foster children to mostly be placed with foster families is concerning. Nationally our oversight of foster parents is terrible, nearly non-existent and is ripe for enabling child abuse of all sorts. Residential, campus based or congragate care are subject to intense oversight and scrutiny.

Which is a good thing compared to placing kids with foster families more often than not have nearly zero oversight and where kids are more often abused.

I like Hatch and this is his legislation, but it seems to enable child trafficking (and other abuses) by those informing tenets of the bill.(Annie E. Casey) It is based on a lie. It is a pathway for child trafficking and it has been enacted and is in process nationally. Of HUGE concern!!!!!

More on FFPSA….not an easy read. Likely intentional.

It all sounds great. Now read between the lines of what this allows.
