These were not trained stunt drivers hired to block the road for some other folks to do some dirty work, further up the highway.

They are all born psychopaths, or they are raised as sociopaths by their parents using a program of Satanic Ritual Abuse throughout childhood. These are people who have ZERO empathy. They care about nobody and nothing. They are driven by narcissism and by powerful masters who have them over a barrel. They either do what they are ordered to do, or their masters will deliver terrible punishment on them beginning by killing all of their bloodline. Every level in the hierarchy is controlled by a higher level person in this way. It is a rigid brutal society much like the Klingons of Star Trek, in which the only way to advance is to dominate and defeat someone higher up the hierarchy.
