Consider why Josh Pitcock left the administration so abruptly. His resignation IMHO should really be under CEO's, Govt heads and congressmen/women. While the media and many others laugh at Trump that VP Pence's Chief of Staff declined Trump;s informal offer to work for Trump, they fail to see that Trump forced him to quit by 'putting him on the spot. Any thinking patriot has a certain distrust of Mike Pence for one or several reasons. Trump pretty much knows more than he lets on, and it now seems quite certain Trump knows where some leaks and a lot of undermining was coming from.

Josh Pitcock resigned for a very obvious reason, he was never on board with the MAGA agenda, or with Trump. Pence kept his hands looking clean, while Pitcock did the undermining and the leaking. Trump did not keep a ruckus, he quietly endured and them publicly placed Pitcock smack dab in the public square with a bright spotlight on him. Pitcock knew better than anyone exactly what Trump was doing, and so did Pence. Trump did not have to ask Pence to fire him, nor did Trump let on at all that Pence's C of Staff was untrustworthy to be in the W.H. Trump knew Anons would start digging, and some of the few remaining journalist would also do background research and checks to find out more about this man who has been operating in the shadows with access to some of our Nation's highest secrets. And just like that, Pitcock decided to step down.

People ought to ask 'why'? The media says Trump cannot keep staff and no-one wants to work for his administration, as the reason for Pitcock leaving. Think for a minute, Pitcock could have declined the offer and kept his job with Pence, but my gut tells me, the man knew it was not a real offer from Trump. He knew the jig was up and Trump was on to him. Josh Pitcock was Pence's deep state contact to the cabal. He knew he had been found out. Pence has been cut down to size at the knees. and this happened very effectively without any public disclosures, just a very smart move by Trump.

Edit: Another (and in my view, less believable) story says that Nixon also demanded information about the projects at Area 51 and if any of them could be used in Vietnam.

He was repeatedly denied any information, and one night, while inebriated, he received a report again denying his request. In a fit of Rage, he called the director of the CIA into the Oval Office and demanded to know why the Commander of all armed forces couldn't be told about US military assets being developed or tested at Area 51, regardless of their origins.

The story goes that CIA director told Nixon some things are best left alone and he didnt have a need to know about anything happening at Area 51.

Henry Kissinger, National Security Advisor for Nixon was sleeping at the time of this exchange but was woke by a phone call and told Nixon wanted him in the Oval Office, ASAP.

When Kissinger arrived, he found a very angry Nixon and a oddly disinterested CIA director in the Oval Office. The CIA director said he didnt understand why Kissinger was there as it wouldn't change his mind.

I never hear about the rest of that exchange, but Nixon, the story goes, received a full briefing and stopped asking about anything at A51 after that.
