My take on Q's misinformation tactics.
When You look at how Q deals with communicating on one board visited by friendlies and non-friendlies You'll notice that the most important thing to him is to make sure he never blatantly lies about anything as that would destroy the platform of trust between him and us.
Besides it's not even the question of trust but of simple communication platform. We need to understand each other and for that we have to exist in the same "reality bubble".
When situation occurs where Q would put info on the board in a way which makes half of the ppl think 'it is true' and the other half 'it is misinfo' then we and Q exist in two separate reality bubbles and it doesn't matter what Q says because we will decide by our 'gut' or by 'stretched interpretation' ("they asked about seth, not seth rich" or "plane is everything that flies and doesn't flap therefore a missile can be called a plane) whatever we like to think about it.
That's a shitty way of playing this kind of operation.
Q doesn't work that way. Military planning is better than this and they don't need to rely on blatant lies.
When Q says a plane hit the pentagon then it was a plane. Like literal plane with wings and stuff. When he says SR and JFK JR are dead then they are and when he says JA is outside the USA then he is.
The misinformation he uses is always based on saying TRUE statements without stating where and when they gonna happen.
He said NG will be deployed and it was. Just not in the USA but in SA.
The fed will be restructured, didn't say when or how or by who.
JA is outside the USA but he didn't state where he is.
This is the Quality misinformation we can expect from the military and it has one, major important advantage to it - it doesn't involve lying to us. There is a platform, one reality we share so we can trust and know what's going on. If Q doesn't want information out there, he simply doesn't put it and/or omits the question.
But when we ask him sth and he answers, this is the shared reality bubble of trust and clear communication channel. He projects himself onto the POTUS when he states
"Has POTUS ever made a statement that did not become proven as true/fact?"
He states smb is dead, then he is dead. When he states a date, then it is true date. That's why he almost never puts out dates, he doesn't want to inform anyone in advance.
But if for some reason he DOES put a date, You can BET he is communicating with You and not lying. He doesn't need to abuse his relationship with us to trick the other guys. He has plenty of aces he uses on a daily bases to do only and just that and that's more than enough.
Some things have been announced because they are simply true and due to the fact that Q knows how to professionally handle the tool of misinformation, we can stand on a firm ground without floating in a void between the bubbles forever wondering what is true and what is not.
Hillary Clinton will be arrested between 7:45 AM - 8:30 AM EST on Monday - the morning on Oct 30, 2017.
