At each level of scale shift you will probably find a different quantum wave probability pattern that is predominant to 'form' the pattern needed for that scale and my bet is each scale shift needs a different quantum pattern. Then map the stacked quantum wave patterns to map the scale shift pattern (90 degree shift in analysis).

Basically if you work up from quantum to atom and so on. You can use the info discovered before to figure out the wave pattern collapse needed for each level. You just have to include many levels of data and sift through them to find the pattern that fits the wave collapse at each level.
